Job summary

PRIMEFORM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, branding, promotions, and community engagement for an upcoming community mall in Balagtas, Bulacan, with a target opening in May 2027.

This is a key pre-opening and launch role building the mall’s brand from the ground up, attracting customers, supporting tenants, and developing partnerships while guiding campaigns, events, and ROI driven marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in mall, retail, property, hospitality, events, or commercial marketing is an advantage.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, branding, events, networking, and partnership development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and negotiation skills.
• Creative, strategic, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, media, influencers, tenants, or community partners is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mall’s pre-opening, launch, and ongoing marketing strategy.
• Build the mall’s brand identity, positioning, and market presence.
• Develop campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, and customer traffic.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, content, and advertising campaigns.
• Plan and execute mall events, activations, seasonal promotions, and community programs.
• Develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions with mall tenants.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, organizations, media, influencers, and community groups.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, advertising agencies, event suppliers, media, and other partners.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Mall Management.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, foot traffic, and marketing ROI.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Lead marketing activities for the mall’s grand opening and major promotional events.
