CBE Estrada Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a marketing professional to implement advertising campaigns, heighten brand awareness, and drive traffic growth and revenue across properties. The role focuses on elevating the mall’s profile through strategic promotions and partner collaborations.

You will oversee events calendar, signage, website maintenance, collateral production, and public relations efforts to ensure a consistent, brand-aligned experience for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Implement advertising campaigns/initiatives to heighten awareness of the company, increase traffic growth and revenue potential
• Facilitate the implementation of a year-round active calendar of special events, and attractions; (e.g., exhibits, art shows, craft shows, carnivals, health fairs, and community fairs) to build company brand and drive measurable business and its auxiliary partners
• Facilitate the installation of internal and external advertising boards, displays, pylon signs and building signs to maximize revenue generation in all areas of opportunity
• Manage the development and maintenance of company web site; ensure that it consistently serve as an active gateway to experience the mall brand and its tenants.
• Participate in the design, development and production of all collateral and in-store promotional materials; ensure adherence and consistency with the brand image of the organization
• Participate in activities that promotes public relations; handle corporate communications to ensure delivery of brand-consistent message
• Oversee the implementation visual merchandising strategy
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with auxiliary business partners in promoting the business; coordinate any co-promotions opportunity
• Conduct market research /studies in aspects of competitive set, business positioning, tenant mix, shopping mall design, services and other relevant developments, consumer preferences, and relevant trend in order to develop effective marketing strategy
• Evaluate marketing strategies implemented, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors; recommend improvements as appropriate
