Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to install, repair, operate and maintain various air-conditioning units.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, safety, and strong troubleshooting capabilities. The candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, installation and repair, with knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and motor control.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of maintenance, installation, and repair of air-conditioning units.
• Experience with electrical/electronic and motor control troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of installing, operating, and maintaining different types of air-conditioning units.
• VRF installations knowledge is an advantage.
• Graduate of Aircon technology, refrigeration & air-conditioning or related courses.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
• Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
• Assist in verification of Air Conditiong spares purchased/supplied.
• Troubleshoot and repair Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems on Air Condition equipment.
• Manage the safety during troubleshoot, repair and Preventive Maintenance of equipment.
• Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
• Perform regular cleaning of Air Conditioning equipment.
• Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, type of work performed and collect data for reports.
• Perform work as required.
