Qualifications

• BS Marketing or BSBA degree required.
• Five years in Sales, Marketing, Mall/Property Management.
• Ability to interact with clients at strategic and tactical levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and mall operations and improve occupancy.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Track retail trends in dining and retail.
• Support mall marketing to drive foot traffic.
• Conduct competitor checks and analyses.
• Analyze data to improve lease policies and processes.
• Support vendor and merchant activities and renewals.
