Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Regional Leasing Head to lead a team of Leasing Managers across multiple malls, ensuring maximum occupancy and healthy tenant relationships. The role involves planning strategies to attract new tenants and concepts and forecasting activities to optimize mall profitability.

The incumbent will oversee leasing operations, coordinate with internal teams, and drive business development to sustain mall value across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in business development, property leasing, tenant management, sales/marketing or brand management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to maximize occupancy.
• Plan and implement strategies to attract new retail tenants and concepts.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy and mall profitability.
• Prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability.
