Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor for mall operations in Makati. You will lead daily housekeeping activities, supervise janitorial staff, and ensure coverage across all mall areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating with mall tenants and departments, maintaining cleanliness standards, managing equipment and supplies, and enforcing safety and sanitation policies. Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in mall, retail, or commercial property operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping staff including janitors and cleaners.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to cover all mall areas.
• Monitor performance and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of all mall common areas and facilities.
• Coordinate with mall administration, tenants, maintenance, and security.
• Support events and peak operations by ensuring readiness of all areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report needs.
• Ensure safety and proper use of PPE; comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and incident logs.
