The GM will drive marketing initiatives, manage operations, and ensure safety and compliance while growing profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and financial acumen, with a track record of managing large-scale mall operations and delivering exceptional tenant experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Advanced degree in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
• Minimum 15 years mall management experience at GM level or above.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of commercial facilities.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Sound knowledge of mall operations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, leasing, and tenant relations to drive footfall and profitability.
• Lead operations, security, facilities, and maintenance for the mall.
• Manage budget planning, financial targets, and cost control.
• Ensure high quality tenant onboarding, leasing plans, and tenant mix.
• Lead safety compliance and health protocols across the mall.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver excellent customer experiences.
