Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer.
• 2–3 years of working experience in Mall/Retail or Property Management industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies.
• Conduct regular inspection of all equipment and facilities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities.
• Track and communicate work request status and completion.
• Monitor construction works and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Prepare and review plans, estimates, and scopes of works for various projects.
• Monitor safety programs to prevent exposure and liability for the property.
• Assist in preparation and delivery of presentations, testing, verification and validation, scheduling and as-built documentation.
