Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Mall Administrator Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient mall operations. You will monitor facilities, implement safety and sanitation standards, and oversee day-to-day activities to support tenants and customers.

Based at Opus Mall, QC, the role offers a 5-day compressed workweek with rest days to be discussed. You will coordinate with various departments and supervise maintenance personnel to provide the best experience for tenants and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business-related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations management; F&B, hospitality, and retail experience is an advantage.
• Mall setting experience is highly preferred; experience with maintenance/janitorial personnel is a plus.

The Mall Administrator Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This encompasses monitoring facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments and manage the maintenance personnel to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably in any Business-related course.
• At least 2 years experience in operations management. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting is highly preferred.
• Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel
