Job summary

Robinsons Lipa is seeking a proactive Mall Admin Supervisor to oversee operations, safety, and sanitation at the Lipa mall. The role focuses on coordinating facilities, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring a superior experience for tenants and customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The incumbent will liaise with different mall departments, implement standards, and manage day-to-day activities to uphold operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• 2+ years in operations management; experience in F&B, hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Mall or commercial setting experience preferred.
• Experience handling maintenance and janitorial staff is an advantage.

The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This encompasses monitoring of facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing of day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments, as well as manage the maintenance personnel, to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. HRM or Business Administration
• At least 2 years experience in operations management. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting highly preferred.
• Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel
