Job summary

Robinsons Land Corp's mall administration team seeks a Mall Admin Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the mall, monitor facilities, and enforce safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment.

You will coordinate with multiple mall departments and supervise maintenance and janitorial staff to deliver excellent tenant and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. HRM or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years experience in operations management; experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail an advantage.
• Experience in a commercial/mall setting highly preferred; preferably with maintenance/janitorial personnel handling experience.

The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall . This encompasses monitoring of facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing of day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments, as well as manage the maintenance personnel, to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.
