Job summary

Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City is seeking a Mall Admin Supervisor to oversee daily mall operations, monitor facilities, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate maintenance personnel for a seamless tenant and customer experience.

A Bachelor's degree in business, at least 2 years in operations management, and mall or retail experience are preferred. The role follows a 5-day work week with rest days to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years experience in operations management; F&B, hospitality, and retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a commercial/mall setting is highly preferred.
• Experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations and ensure smooth facility performance.
• Monitor safety, sanitation standards, and compliance across the mall.
• Coordinate with mall departments and manage maintenance personnel for optimal tenant and customer experience.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to maintain high service levels.

Job Description

The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This encompasses monitoring of facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing of day-today activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments, as well as manage the maintenance personnel, to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.
