Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation's mall in Dasmariñas is seeking a Mall Admin Supervisor to ensure smooth operations, monitor facilities, and implement safety and sanitation standards that deliver an excellent tenant and customer experience.

You will coordinate with multiple mall departments, oversee day-to-day activities, and lead maintenance and janitorial staff to uphold high service quality for all shoppers and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business-related field.
• At least 2 years experience in operations management.
• Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting is highly preferred.
• Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel.

Job description

The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This encompasses monitoring facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments and manage the maintenance personnel to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.
