Job summary

PB Resource Solutions Corp in Makati is seeking a Sales Associate (5 positions) with 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field is required. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of sales experience (construction materials, cement, concrete, aggregates, or related industries is preferred).
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
