Job summary

House of Fruitas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep stores and facilities running smoothly across the country. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.

You will diagnose issues, perform timely repairs, and document work while adhering to safety standards. Willingness to travel between store locations and work a 6-day week is required.

Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma, TESDA, or college level in Electrical, Mechanical, RAC, Electronics or related field.
• Experience in building, equipment, electrical, mechanical, RAC, or general maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Willing to travel to store locations as needed.
• Willing to work a 6-day workweek, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of store equipment, facilities, and electrical or mechanical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform timely repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Respond to maintenance requests from stores and other company locations
• Install, replace, and maintain equipment, fixtures, and other facility components
• Follow company safety standards and proper maintenance procedures
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and document completed work
