Job summary

Momoyo in Manila is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on store equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.

The role requires inspecting equipment, repairing basic electrical/mechanical components, coordinating with contractors, keeping records, and ensuring safety standards are followed to minimize store disruption.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and preventive maintenance of store equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment issues, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and store equipment concerns.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as freezers, chillers, air-conditioning units, ice machines, and beverage machines.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and operational maintenance concerns to minimize disruption to store operations.
• Monitor the condition and proper functioning of electrical fixtures, lighting, outlets, switches, and other store facilities.
• Assist in basic wiring, installation, repair, and replacement of electrical components when required.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment used for maintenance work.
• Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for repairs that require specialized technical assistance.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment issues.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and tools and report items that need replacement or replenishment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with company safety procedures and standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area and worksite.
• Assist in emergency repairs and urgent maintenance concerns during store operations.
• Provide technical support to store personnel and explain basic equipment operating procedures when necessary.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Store Manager or Operations Team.
