Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. The role covers preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems, under supervision.

Responsibilities include inspections, work-order management, and assisting with installations. Candidates should have 1–2 years' related experience and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and meet physical requirements.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information clearly.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
