Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Senior Technician in Metro Manila to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installations and modifications.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety codes, energy efficiency, and CBRE RISE values. Candidates should have a high school diploma or trade diploma with relevant experience and be able to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or trade school diploma with related experience.
Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow established procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience analyzing information to make judgments.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Inspect new installations for codes and safety compliance.
Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
