General Job Description

The Technical Clerk for Tools and Maintenance is responsible for supporting warehouse

maintenance operations by managing tools & equipment monitoring, and

maintenance documentation. The role ensures proper issuance, tracking, safekeeping,

and preventive maintenance scheduling of all tools and equipment used in the

factory and site operations. This position also assists in monitoring repairs,

preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Must be College graduate preferably Engineering graduate or Vocational Graduate with TESDA Certificate in related field (mechanical, electrical, warehouse operation) is an advantage.
• Experienced in a warehousing management system for at least 2 years in Construction industry or a manufacturing company
• Basic technical knowledge and experience in operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration of various power tools and equipment.
• Basic Electrical troubleshooting and repair as well as familiarization of construction tools, machines and equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Inventory system
