Work Location: East Service Road, Taguig City
Reports Directly To: Facilities and Construction Department (FCD) Manager
Salary: 30,000-35,000/month
Bachelor's degree, Technical/Vocational Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of restaurant maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs.
Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, painting, and general building repairs.
Proven ability to supervise, lead, coach, and train maintenance technicians on troubleshooting, repairs, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
Capable of diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing effective solutions.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Can work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance concerns simultaneously.
Computer literate and able to prepare maintenance reports and work schedules.
Flexible and willing to visit store branches whenever operational requirements arise.
Willing to be assigned at our office along East Service Road, Taguig City.
Supervise the daily activities of the Maintenance team and ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
Conduct regular inspections of restaurant branches and recommend preventive and corrective maintenance measures.
Coach, train, and mentor technicians to improve technical skills and ensure quality workmanship.
Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance schedules and emergency repair activities.
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs involving electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other restaurant equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with store operations and external contractors to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, maintenance budgets, and recommendations for facility improvements.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Facilities and Construction Department (FCD) Manager on maintenance activities, branch conditions, repair status, and team performance.
