About the role

TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Staff member to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this position is fundamental to ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and safely. As Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of building systems and equipment, playing a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all building occupants and visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Performing routine maintenance and inspections of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment

• Conducting preventative maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs from building occupants

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions

• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance work completed, including parts used and time spent

• Assisting with general cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain facility standards

• Collaborating with external contractors and suppliers as needed for specialised repairs

• Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring all work meets building codes and standards

• Operating and maintaining building management systems and monitoring facility performance
