Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a capable Electrical/Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical technicians and plant infrastructure in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

The role focuses on running and maintaining critical electrical systems and machinery in a meat processing environment. You will manage transformers, switchboards, conveyors, pumps, and boilers while applying diagnostic thermography and vibration checks to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Three-phase system troubleshooting expertise.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems.
• Understanding of power distribution principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, but not required.
• Willing to be assigned in STA.MARIA, BULACAN.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and electrical technicians.
• Oversee and maintain main switchboards and MCC (Motor Control Centers).
• Manage transformers, preferably 11kV/400V or similar.
• Maintain and troubleshoot distribution panels (DBs, SMDBs).
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems, slaughtering & dressing machines; and packaging machines.
• Supervise and maintain air compressors and water pumps.
• Oversee boiler maintenance.
• Utilize thermography for hotspot detection in panels.
• Perform tightening of terminals.
• Conduct motor control using DOL, star-delta, and VFD methods.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct motor testing and vibration checks.
