Job summary

One Food Group seeks a Maintenance Engineer to supervise electrical technicians and manage plant electrical systems in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. You will handle switchboards, transformers, and distribution panels, ensuring reliable conveyors and packaging lines.

Ideal candidates have strong 3-phase troubleshooting, basic PLC/automation knowledge, and a Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Licensure is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, but not required.
• Willing to be assigned in STA.MARIA, BULACAN.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and electrical technicians
• Oversee and maintain main switchboards and MCC (Motor Control Centers)
• Manage transformers, preferably 11kV/400V or similar
• Maintain and troubleshoot distribution panels (DBs, SMDBs)
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems, slaughtering & dressing machines; and packaging machines
• Supervise and maintain air compressors and water pumps
• Oversee boiler maintenance
• Utilize thermography for hotspot detection in panels
• Perform tightening of terminals
• Conduct motor control using DOL, star-delta, and VFD methods
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct motor testing and vibration checks
