Job summary

Foton Motor Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate maintenance activities for electrical systems in our Clark, Pampanga facilities.

You will lead maintenance staff, ensure safety standards, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime while preparing clear maintenance reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or a related technical-vocational course.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or related work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, safety standards, and schematic reading.
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga and possess a valid driver's license.

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate maintenance activities for electrical systems.

Primarily responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating maintenance activities, especially in electrical concerns to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems, equipment, and facilities. This role oversees maintenance personnel, ensures compliance with safety standards, and performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a Technical-Vocational course related to Electrical Technology, Industrial Electricity, or a similar field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or related electrical work.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Electrical systems and equipment

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Electrical safety standards and compliance

  • Blueprint and electrical schematic reading

  • Electrical troubleshooting techniques

• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns.

• Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and documentation.

• Preferably with a valid driver's license.
