Job summary

MEDCOR DASMARIÑAS HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER INC. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hospital infrastructure maintenance and lead a team of technicians and contractors. The role ensures reliable operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and generator systems.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, enforce healthcare safety standards, monitor inventories, and contribute to budgeting and resource planning to keep the hospital running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Strong understanding of hospital utilities, medical gas systems, and building automation systems.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and healthcare safety standards.
