Job summary

Eagle Cement Corporation (MNL) is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of all plant mechanical equipment and facilities. You will implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability and minimal downtime, while coordinating with production for maintenance scheduling.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Licensed Mechanical Engineer, with 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Cement manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors and rotating equipment.
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.
