Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians to perform regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems at locations in Lapu-Lapu and Cebu City.

The role focuses on prompt tenant support, safety compliance, and equipment uptime. Ideal candidates have a vocational diploma or higher, 1+ year in facilities maintenance, and skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, with hands-on tool proficiency and basic computer use

Qualifications

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair in building/facilities management.
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Willing to work on-site six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems

About the role

Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians are responsible for conducting regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems, addressing tenant requests and issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.

Work Locations:
