FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Manila City, Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff to join our facilities team. The role involves performing routine checks, addressing electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues, and coordinating with external contractors to ensure smooth operation of our buildings.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in maintenance, strong technical skills, and a practical approach to problem-solving. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of building maintenance practices.
• Proficient in hand tools, power tools and other maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and infrastructure.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff to join our team at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and proper upkeep of our facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general infrastructure.

• Carry out repairs and troubleshooting to address any issues that arise.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly stored.

• Assist with the coordination of external contractors and vendors for larger-scale projects.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential problems.

• Collaborate with the wider Facilities team to ensure the efficient and effective management of our properties.
