FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking enthusiastic Crew (Foodcourt) members for its Pasay City location in Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food preparation standards, and keeping a clean, welcoming dining area for guests.

Responsibilities include food prep, order taking, safe operation of kitchen tools, and teamwork to handle peak service times, while upholding hygiene and quality throughout shifts.

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Crew (Foodcourt) members to join FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in a fast-paced foodcourt environment. As a Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining food preparation standards whilst ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming dining space for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food items according to established recipes and quality standards

• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether in person or through ordering systems

• Operating kitchen equipment and tools safely and maintaining hygiene standards at all times

• Assembling sandwiches, meals, and other foodcourt offerings with attention to detail and presentation

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, serving area, and customer dining spaces

• Restocking ingredients, supplies, and garnishes throughout the shift

• Managing food waste responsibly and following health and safety protocols

• Providing friendly and prompt customer service whilst handling payment transactions accurately

• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times

• Responding to customer feedback and resolving any issues professionally and courteously
