About the Program

Provide maintenance repairs for various buildings within the CHR system. Complete all maintenance requests forwarded through the facilities work order system and coordinate and complete correction plans determined through inspections in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly inspections of all owned/leased properties, completing necessary repairs per correction plans, including maintaining exit signs and emergency lights.
• Perform ongoing building and site maintenance: ensure buildings are inspection-ready to meet all CHR licenses and accreditation requirements.
• Complete staff‑requested work orders via the facilities work order system.
• Assist with moving staff (furniture, painting, preparing apartments for new occupants).
• Provide off‑hours response.
• Use personal vehicle and tools as required.
• Purchase necessary supplies for property repairs upon supervisor approval.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required.

Compensation

$18.86 per hour minimum and commensurate with experience. Rates may include program/location differentials and/or sign‑on incentives.
