Job summary

Acme Tools Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee conformance with safety standards and company procedures. You will diagnose breakdowns, report findings, perform repairs, and plan preventive maintenance while documenting activities in the machine history.

You will lead a team, ensure high performance, and coach direct reports. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in machine maintenance of conventional metal turning, milling and grinding machines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be willing to handle challenging situations and work under pressure.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be goal-oriented, flexible and can handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Qualifications:

• At least a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering




• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in machine maintenance of conventional metal turning, milling and grinding machine

• Must be willing to handle challenging situations and work under pressure
