Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe and productive machinery in line with engineering standards.

The role focuses on analyzing machinery data to drive cost-effective maintenance programs and continuous quality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a related engineering degree and 5–7 years of manufacturing supervision experience, with knowledge of IATF16949/ISO regulations and cost

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related engineering and Technical course.
• 5 to 7 yrs Relevant Manufacturing experience in Supervising and Managing Maintenance team.
• Knowledge in Standard regulation like IATF16949, ISO and other related regulation
• Cost management

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead all activity of maintenance team with the objective of maintaining safe, productive machinery quality.
• Plan and analyze machinery data in order to create effective and executable maintenance cost reduction program.
• Review and control indices in order to continuously improve quality and machine effectiveness.
• Provides clear instruction by RCA and PDCA approach on breakdown maintenance activities in order prevent reoccurring of the problem.
• Coordinate and suggest CFT in order to Ensures machine in good running condition.
