Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a maintenance planner responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance for plant equipment in line with the asset management system.

You will update maintenance plans, coordinate with O&M and site AMP for outages, manage CBM programs, and ensure timely procurement of spares while auditing inventory and calibration processes. The role supports budget preparation and continuous improvement across maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, update, optimize, and audit the preventive maintenance plan with resources and parts in coordination with O&M.
• Prepare a 3-year GOMP in coordination with O&M, including quarterly dynamic revisions.
• Coordinate with site AMP for submission of planned outage requests (GOMP) to NGCP.
• Organize site CBM program and monitor maintenance work schedules.
• Analyze CBM trends and trigger reviews with the maintenance team.
• Institutionalize CBM learnings by updating the maintenance plan.
• Monitor implementation of engine performance tests.
• Order and expedite spare parts and set inventory levels for rotable spares, parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with SCM to ensure spare parts inventory is properly monitored and controlled.
• Conduct regular audits on availability of rotable and non-rotable spares.
• Monitor tools and instrument calibration plans.
• Update Asset Condition Assessment (ACA) and Failure Mode Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) databases.
• Assist O&M in preparing the annual budget and monitor the Annual Procurement Plan.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by team leader from time to time

Job description

The position is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of major preventive maintenance servicing of the plant’s main and auxiliary equipment in accordance with asset management system.
