Job summary

Haesung DS Philippines Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Personnel to consolidate and maintain production facilities, operate power and machinery, and support maintenance of office equipment.

The ideal candidate has a vocational Mechatronics/Electronics background, manufacturing maintenance experience, and working Excel knowledge; PLC familiarity is a plus. This is an on-site role with responsibilities spanning facility operations and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational course in Mechatronics or Electronics.
• With experience in a manufacturing company as Maintenance Personnel.
• With experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• With working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably with knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Responsibilities

• Consolidates and maintains production facilities.
• Operates and conducts test run of new production facilities.
• Fabricates and reconstructs machinery.
• Operates Gen-set, power house, chiller and compressor plant.
• Maintains office equipment and accessories.
• Maintains operation of power supply system.
• Maintains and operates telephone fire alarm system.
• Performs corrective and maintenance activities.
• Reads electric and water consumption for monitoring trends.
• Directs assistance to machinist.
• Performs other maintenance-related tasks.

5. Maintains office equipment and accessories.

6. Maintains operation of power supply system.

7. Maintains and operates telephone fire alarm system.

8. Performs Corrective and Maintenance Activity.

9. Performs actual reading of Electric and Water for consumption monitoring trend.

10. Direct assistance to Machinist.

11. Performs other tasks related to maintenance work.
