Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3 to 5 years experience as Mainframe Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM z/OS operating system.
• Proven experience developing and supporting CICS online applications.
• Solid COBOL programming experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting JCL jobs.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 databases and embedded SQL.
• Experience with VSAM files and mainframe data structures.
• Ability to debug, test, and optimize mainframe programs.
• Experience supporting production systems in banking or insurance.
