Job summary

MUJI Philippines Corp. is seeking an E-Commerce IT Coordinator to ensure the stability and performance of our Magento-based ecosystem.

You will provide day-to-day technical support, monitor health, and coordinate across IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and a reliable online experience. The role requires 2–3 years in IT/e-commerce support, strong Magento knowledge, and solid API/integration understanding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years of IT/E-commerce support or application support experience.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Magento.
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Grab platforms or other online marketplaces.
Knowledge of web technologies (APIs, front-end/back-end integrations).
Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and on-call support when required.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for Magento-based e-commerce platforms and integrations.
Monitor platform health, availability, and critical workflows; troubleshoot incidents.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders for system integration issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, and root causes; generate basic reports.
Support SIT/UAT testing and deployment activities with minimal business disruption.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and e-commerce operations.
