Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Pasig, Philippines invites applications for a Machine Operator /Silo Man Assistant at a flour milling company. You will operate and monitor air compressors, roots blowers, conveyors, weigher machines and exhaust systems, ensuring smooth grain handling processes.

You will perform basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, report abnormalities, lead the assigned team for safe operations, ensure GMP and food safety compliance, minimize downtime, and complete operational records.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors air compressors, roots blowers, chain conveyors, weigher machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures while preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
