Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring for a Machine Learning Data Attribution Technician to work on-site in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on handling roof and wall files, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines through QC checks and strict SOP adherence.

You will coordinate with the Team Lead and other site members, escalate issues as needed, and track progress in the team’s shared sheet. The position emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel.
• Adobe Photoshop skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure roof and wall files, ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Complete rework and redo assignments until they successfully pass Quality Control (QC) checks.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Execute tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
• Communicate issues and concerns regarding files to the Supervisor, Team Lead, or designated point of contact.
• Coordinate with other site team members and the Team Lead on complex files (e.g., those with shared sitemaps or similarities).
• Input and monitor progress metrics in the team's shared tracking sheet.
