enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a Technology Quality and Data Analyst to enhance the quality and adoption of technology solutions for clients. The role leads testing, validates data quality and supports business reporting initiatives.

The candidate will drive functional testing, coordinate UAT, and contribute to data governance, dashboards, and analytics as the data platform matures. The position is hybrid with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The Technology Quality & Data Analyst is responsible for improving the quality, reliability and adoption of technology solutions across the client.

The role will lead functional testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, validate data quality and support business reporting initiatives. As data platform matures, the role will help develop reporting, analytics and data governance capabilities to support informed business decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases and testing documentation

• Execute functional, regression and integration testing activities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders

• Record, track and validate defect resolution prior to release

• Support release readiness reviews and quality assurance processes

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, business analysts and business stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve quality, reporting and operational processes

• Support documentation of requirements, business rules and testing outcomes

• Promote best practices in quality assurance and data management

Data Quality & Analytics

• Validate data accuracy, completeness and consistency across key systems

• Assist with development of reports, dashboards and business insights

• Support data cleansing, reconciliation and quality improvement initiatives

• Assist with testing and validation of data lake and reporting solutions

• Contribute to data governance and data quality standards
