Measuring Technician

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Your Role

• Handle day‑to‑day roof and wall orders, delivering them on or before the deadline; monitor and meet the daily minimum quota of 32 points.

Essential Job Functions

• Know the major tools and functions of RH / TW and Saranac software.
• Measure roof and wall files to ensure they meet quality standards and due dates.
• Work on files requiring rework until they pass the Quality Control check.
• Communicate with Supervisor, team lead, QC, and FTO regarding file issues and concerns.
• Follow standard processes such as GetNext and act on tasks assigned by the Team lead.
• Encode and track down metrics progress in a shared team sheet.
• Coordinate with other site measuring technicians, FTO, and Team lead on complex files with similar sitemaps.
• Use Traffic Hud program and basic MS Excel.
• Adhere to RH rules and regulations, Microsourcing code of conduct, and improvement/house rules.

What You Need

• English – good reading and writing proficiency.
• Good computer skills – easy navigation between systems, file saving, and loading.

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Knowledge of Adobe products.
