Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a data analytics professional for a one-year contract in a manufacturing/maintenance context. You will analyze maintenance data and system alerts, identify trends and root causes, and develop dashboards to monitor performance.

The role requires a diploma or degree in data analytics or related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with data analysis, dashboards, and AI solutions; experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and AI solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance data and system alerts to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor maintenance performance and support data-driven decision-making
• Forecast spare parts requirements, monitor inventory levels, and provide purchasing recommendations
• Utilize AI and digital tools to enhance predictive maintenance, planning, and operational efficiency
• Support the development and continuous improvement of AI-driven maintenance systems, including work processes, knowledge management, and work order management
