Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Analyst to support operations on Diego Garcia. The role focuses on analyzing maintenance programs, data collection, and reporting to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

The candidate will work with maintenance teams, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Experience with CMMS, data analysis, and reporting is required, with a background in engineering preferred for advanced tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of maintenance analysis, planning, or a related role.
Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and maintenance performance reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze maintenance programs, schedules, and activities to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Monitor fleet and equipment performance data to optimize uptime and reliability.
Evaluate and adjust maintenance plans to align with goals and manufacturer guidelines.
Develop and maintain maintenance reporting systems with accurate data.
Produce maintenance performance reports and identify trends for informed decisions.
Conduct RCA for failures and develop corrective/preventive maintenance strategies.
Support development and supervision of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Review maintenance history to forecast future needs.
