Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a M365 Security Consultant to configure and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Intune, WDAC, and Purview. You will manage projects from planning to delivery and collaborate with senior consultants and customers to deploy secure environments.

The role requires hands-on 3–5 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid work setup in Cagayan de Oro is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years configuring and managing Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with Intune, WDAC, and Purview.
• End-to-end Microsoft 365 implementation or migration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on customer requirements.
• Manage Microsoft 365 projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and customers to deploy secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Produce accurate technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer environments with additional Microsoft 365 solutions.
