Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer in the Philippines to design, deploy, and manage SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 configuration with a strong security baseline. You will ensure security/compliance, lead migration from on-prem to M365 SharePoint, and support Entra ID and Conditional Access while staying current with new features.

The role also involves building automation with PowerShell and GraphAPI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable M365

Qualifications

• Experience leading M365 deployment, migration, and cloud transformation.
• Strong automation knowledge, especially PowerShell.
• Ability to design secure, compliant SharePoint and Teams configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage SharePoint Online, Teams and Office 365 configuration and security baseline.
• Ensure security and compliance of the M365 environment.
• Design and migrate from on-premises systems to M365 SharePoint.
• Support Entra ID and Conditional Access management.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, GraphAPI and Service-Now.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for M365 incidents and requests.
