Job summary

World Vision is seeking an M&E Officer based in Tacloban City to establish and strengthen monitoring systems, collect and analyze data, and prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with field teams and project partners. The role includes coordinating with consultants and partner institutes for baseline, midline, and final evaluations.

Bachelor degree in development management, social science or related field.
Experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation.
Experience with data collection and reporting in field settings.
Strong communication and training skills.
Experience delivering training.

Responsibilities

To ensure appropriate monitoring and learning process in place and functioning well to improve project implementation.
Capacity building of project staff and data entry personnel; lead data analysis.
Prepare timely, consolidated reports for project management and donors.
Support other DME tasks and produce high-quality donor reports.
Document success stories and share evidence with projects.
