Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. seeks a BIM Coordinator to oversee BIM processes across architectural, structural, MEPF, and multidisciplinary teams.

You will ensure accurate BIM development, integration, and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle, supporting delivery, QA, and compliance with BIM standards. The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, 4–6 years BIM experience, and a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years BIM experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is required.
• Familiarity with BIM Level of Development (LOD) standards.
• Knowledge of construction documentation and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models with accuracy and compliance to project standards using Revit or similar.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, presentations and progress updates.
• Ensure models are developed and maintained per project requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEPF teams.
• Perform clash detection and generate clash reports; monitor issue resolutions.
• Support teams in generating drawings, schedules, quantities, and deliverables from BIM models.
