Job summary

World Vision is seeking an M&E Officer for Tacloban City, Philippines, on a local fixed-term basis. You will establish monitoring and learning systems, manage data collection, analysis, and monthly/annual reporting in collaboration with field teams and partners.

The role emphasizes assessments from baseline to final evaluations, capacity building of staff and stakeholders, and close coordination with consultants and research institutes to improve project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in development management or related field.
• Training in monitoring & evaluation or program planning.
• At least 3 years experience in program design, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Experience delivering training.
• Familiarity with SPSS for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring and learning processes are in place and used for improvement.
• Capacitate project staff and local stakeholders in data collection and analysis.
• Analyze data and produce timely project progress reports for management.
• Support DME tasks including assessments and semi-annual reports.
• Document success stories and publish promotional materials.
