Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant M&E experience, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual/AOS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supervision team to monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance of works as directed by CAG, QP, and project consultants
• Plan and organize roster shifts aligned with contractor schedules while ensuring personnel welfare and adherence to relevant Acts and Regulations
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to identify and resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary and Permanent Works
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages, leading efforts to resolve interfacing and integration challenges
