Job summary

Sorren Philippines, Inc. seeks an Acquisition Integration Specialist to drive end-to-end post-close accounting for new acquisitions. You will prepare opening balance sheets, perform PPA, and coordinate cross-system conversions to Sorren's core platforms.

You will own intercompany reconciliations, NWC true-ups, and asset allocations (IRS Form 8594), collaborating with tax and FP&A teams to ensure audit-ready, consistent results across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct acquisition / M&A accounting experience, including opening balance sheet prep and PPA.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 805, and consolidations.
• Experience handling intercompany accounting and multi-entity structures.
• Sage Intacct and ERP data-migration experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare opening balance sheets with fair value adjustments and PPA, maintaining audit trail.
• Support post-close purchase accounting and NWC true-ups with reconciliations.
• Prepare IRS Form 8594 allocations and align with transaction documents.
• Dive into disparate systems to compile monthly results and perform journal entries for conversion.
• Lead ERP conversions end-to-end with data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation.
