Job summary

Sorren Philippines, Inc. seeks an Acquisition Integration Specialist to be the technical backbone of our M&A integration. You will convert acquired firms into accurate, audit-ready finance operations, preparing OBS and PPA, and aligning balances to Sorren's core platforms.

You will work across legacy systems, perform data extraction and conversion in Sage Intacct, and drive post-close reporting, consolidations, and intercompany activity with a sharp eye for audit trails and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA/CA/CMA strongly preferred.
5+ years of direct acquisition/M&A accounting experience, including opening balance sheets and PPA.
Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred; ability to learn multiple legacy systems.
Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 805, and multi-entity intercompany accounting experience.
Proven ability to produce audit-ready monthly financials from diverse source systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare opening balance sheets (OBS) with fair value adjustments and PPA.
Support post-close purchase accounting, including NWC true-ups and goodwill.
Coordinate with tax for IRS Form 8594 allocations and align buyer/seller allocations.
Migrate and map data from legacy systems into Sage Intacct and maintain chart of accounts.
Reconcile intercompany accounts and support consolidations across entities.
